I've gotten myself into a mess again....

My fiancee's loans are:

Check City Payday Loan = $300
If my research is correct, ALL of these loans are legal in Texas. Can someone give a recommendation on what to do? We find ourselves so overwelmed with interest and fees to where we hardly have any paycheck left over a month. Help!
