Need help with payday loans

I am in desperate need of help with payday loans. I have a total of 12 totalling over $7000. I am finding it hard to concentrate on anything because I can not figure out how to pay these off. Here are the companies:
ZIP 19 (two accounts, one from my checking account and one from my husbands) $600 and $750
Ameriloan 400
US Fastcash 400
The Cash Spot 500
East Side Lenders 700
My cash now 500
1000 Cash overnight (IPS) 300
Cash yes 500
VIP Loanshop 400
Loanpoint 600
VC Funding 300
I am located in PA and would really appreciate some help. I have read on the internet that some people stop direct deposit and close their bank accounts. Please advise.
