Does anyone reside in Pennsylvania & have payday loans? I currently have about 10 that I owe (or so they say) - I have paid most of them well over what the PA law states 9.50 per/$100 or 24% per/year. All of my loans are through the internet.
The current ones I have are with:
Cash Advance Network
Cash Central
United Cash Loans
ameriloan
CashNetUSA
ThinkCash
PaycheckToday
American Consumer Credit LLC
Instant Cash USA
Centurion Funding
* some that I have paid off - thousands more than i should have are:
MMG Marketing
Little Loan Shoppe
MyCashNow
* After reading posts on this forum, I have closed my bank account and have sent letters to all of the pdl companies - indicating that they are to cease withdrawing funds, and I have requested written notification to mark my accounts paid in full, and have also requested refunds according to PA laws, however I do not know if the PA laws apply to internet based pdl's. I will be contacting the attorney generals office on Monday.
Anyone have any advice - any help is greatly appreciated.

At a quick glance it appears Cash Central, Think Cash and Cashnet USA are legal however the majority look illegal. Hopefully someone else can take a look and confirm for you. When you sent your letters have they continued to harass you by phone?
