i have a few questions. is pa a one party recording state? i am being harassed by two people. One says they are adam smith of the financial crimes division and Frank jackson of the united legal processing center. they don't sound like a jackson or a smith if you ask me.all threatened criminal astion against me.i need to record these calls. in pa can they really file criminal charges ?

you said they didn't sound like either name.both of those supposed co names are ailases of US NATIONAL BANK.they are located in INDIA.do not pay them anything.report it to the FTC as well as your AG.they cannot do anything but call.
