Hi!

We're really having hard time getting our bills paid..so we ended up taking payday loan, and another to cover that one etc....which made it even worse. I know. No need to say it anymore.

We have made changes in our spending but paying off these loans isn't going to be easy. Would you all suggest enrolling in to a debt management program or what would be the best way to handle this? Can I tell my bank not to let them take out money and then call the loaners and try to make payments?

Also I came across information about the Small Loan Rate Cap which in PA is $9.50 per $100 per year discount or 24% per year. Does this apply when I'm in PA or when the loan provider is in PA

TIA!

The law is for the resident of PA. Moreover, all payday lending are prohibited in the state of PA. Please give us the following information so that we can help you proper advice:

# of Loans
Name of lenders
Amount Borrowed
Amount Paid (Including interest and fees)
Number of times you extended the loan
Whether the loan was obtained online or in a store front

I have 6 loans right now

mycashnow.com 310

pack management 300

oneclickcash 300

MMG Holdings 300

Payment services (no clue who it is, this is what shows up on my bank statement, applied for jet lending and 7 dayloan, both promised a loan, just one came ) 300

Big Sky Cash 300

all are online and so far I've only paid 90 to oneclickcash, MMG and pack management. those were the financing fees.

All the PDLs are illegal in the state of Pennsylvania. You need to close your bank account ASAP to protect it from these illegal lenders. It will never be safe again.

You are only required to pay them the actual amount borrowed on the loan since they are illegal. File cases against them with your states' AG. the BBB and the Pennsylvania Department of Banking.
