Integrity Pay Day and refunds
Date: Mon, 05/21/2012 - 18:43
Over the past year I've paid A LOT in interest to several companies. Is it worth it to pursue refunds or should I just deal with my two "current" ones?
Currently Integrity Pay Day and EZ Pay day both owe me. I've sent a few e-mails but no response. Should I just keep sending the e-mails? They won't be missing a payment until 06/01 and I would like to avoid any harassing phone calls if at all possible.
I've sent e-mails to GreenTrust and Plain Green regarding payment plans (I've paid soooo much to Plain Green over the past year but this is a newer loan). I haven't received a response...should I call in addition to e-mailing?
Thanks so much!

You need to stick to your guns and keep mailing them, asking for a refund. Have you filed complaints with the AG and the FTC? You would also need to stop paying them and revoke ACH. Unless these PDLs miss a payment, they won't bother about what you have to say. The phone calls and the harassments seem to be inevitable, at least till the point they close your account.
