I have a few Payday loans with the following companies. I have closed my bank account and most of them have been paid finance fees multiple times. I need to know if any are legal in Florida. I have been looking around the site and have gained some valuable information but I want to make sure. Zip19 has already been to my website I run and threatened to call my customers.

Zip19
Sure Advance
MyNextDayCash
MultiLoanSource
AmeriLoan

Zip 19 - borrowed $200 - paid back $282 and did this three times although one payment was reversed so I have paid back a total of $705 on three loans of $200.

Sure Advance - borrowed $500 in Jan - paid in full then another $600 but since Jan have paid back $110 in finance fees every two weeks.

Those are the biggest ones where I have paid the most back in finance fees.

Thank you so much for any help. I have a copy of the letters, etc to send to the companies but need to know if any are legal that I have missed.

It is pretty easy to tell if most loans are legal simply by looking at their website.
Zip19....ILLEGAL , OFFSHORE
Sure Advance...not sure
MyNextDayCash....ILLEGAL, OFFSHORE
MultiLoanSource...not sure
AmeriLoan....ILLEGAL...TRIBAL

Sure Advance is not licensed in Florida. I currently have them as a PDL and received a response to my "your are illegal in Florida" letter. They stated that they were licensed in Delaware and not in Florida. They also told me that that I needed to pay the full amount under Delaware Law. I so politely replied with the fact that I am not a Delaware resident, so Florida law prevails. It has seemed to work. I am currently in a "settlement war" with them.

So, just so you know Sure Advance (Their information: Address: 750 Shipyard Dr. Ste 213 Wilington Delaware 19801 United States of America
Email: CS@SureAdvance.com
Phone: 1-877-886-3063
Fax: 1-877-886-3064
WEB SITE: sureadvance.com)
is not legal in florida.

Keep posting here and good luck.
