Plain Green - borrowed $900 - have paid $1123.84 so far
Plain Green - borrowed $2000 - have paid $2155.68 so far
Mobiloans - borrowed - $1291.21 - have paid $1411.04
Mobiloans - borrowed - $820 - have paid $1367 so far
With the interest I still have a long way to go to pay off these loans. I was reading this forum and, please correct me if I am wrong, I need to change my bank account, close the original, send something to my husband's work (who has the direct depost). I saw where people were offering to pay the principal, but it appears I have paid more than that on all of them. Can I really ask for a refund, as it appears these loans might not be legal in Washington? Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Stop paying these guys and end it. Both are illegal tribal lenders and will probably not do a refund. You've paid only slightly over principal (trust me 200 is slight, we have people who have paid 4x the principal) and would better be served from cutting your losses and sending the lenders the email template/closing your bank account. You can find these in my signature line.

I followed your advice and have already received one PIF email from one of the Mobiloan accounts. Plain Green has taken away my access to the two accounts and have sent me an email to call. I really don't want to talk to them. Should I just wait a few days and send the letters again?
