Cashnetusa still debited from my account after i paid a stop payment fee through my bank!

I had stop payment put on cashnetusa on 9/25/13 and today is 10/9/13 and my account is in the negative. Did I miss anything here? Did I do something wrong? Will my bank be held responsible, because at this point I just want to close down my account. Please help!


you don't do a stop payment.nobody who is anybody here advises stop payments.we advise seeing a manager and revoking the ACH debits from the lender.the reason stop payments don't work is because lenders change dollar amounts,co names,and dates.they can change the amount by a penny and it would go through.stop payments only benefit the bank not you.look upREG E of THE EFTA(electronic funds transfer act)you can revoke ACH at anytime.so the bank is not at fault.do not talk to tellers about securing your account.that is on you.go see a manager asap and get the account secured/closed.

Close down your old bank account immediately and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
