interent pdls are illegal in KY. You will need to close your bank account to get control back of your money. read the sticky about dealing with illegal lenders and the very first post will explain how to handle this step by step with links to sample letters you can send. if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Thanks so much, I was thinking it was illegal but wasnt for sure. I am going to the bank to put a stop on them and go from there with the letters.

Just be careful about putting a stop payment on them because many of these pdls work under multiple names so if they can't get in one way they will change thier name and/or the amount to try to get in that way. Your best bet is to just close your account unfortunately.

I had a hard time going to BBB on this lender. I could not get to them through my computer. It said I had to go through Oregon BBB and would not ever go to the complaint form, just sent me around in circles. I dont know what else to do. I am going tomorrow to my bank to try and close my account or at least block it--but I am afraid on pay day that my account will be withdrawn by this company if I dont report this scam.

Close your acct. and open a new one. This way they cant come in it with a different name....

They probably will keep debiting your account until you close it. I doubt reporting them to the BBB will stop them. They're illegal in the first place, they don't really care about the law.

I WENT TO THE BANK AND THEY CANNOT PUT A BLOCK ON PANAMCASH, THEY SAID ITS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THEM AND ME--SO I WILL HAVE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT ON FRIDAY, HOPE THEY DONT GET TO MY MONEY BEFORE I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE TO KEEP IT OPEN CAUSE FRIDAY IS PAYDAY AND ITS TOO LATE TO STOP MY DIRECT DEPOSITS.....WISH ME LUCK!!!
