I am dealing with an overpaid payday loan in the amount of 1,000 by papercheckpaydayloan A physical address links to Wilmington, DE but web site link is: PaperCheckPaydayLoan
P.O. Box 803338 #15050
Chicago, IL 60680-3338
1-800-549-6346
Fax: 1-866-751-4133

I have someone from the state of Illinois helping me and also submitted an email to Deleware. The company does not have a license # and refuse to give out information because they are not legit. I may close bank account because I attempted to stop payments and debit still went through. Any information about this company would be helpful.

i'm in illinois and that is peculiar.i would close your bank account.open a new one and file AG,FTC and BBB complaints against this pdl.as far as specific info,i'm sorry but i haven't dealt with this pdl.

I am dealing with Paul Vasilakos who is a Consumer Credit Supervisor in the State of Illinois at the Division of Financial Institutions. He also advised me to to contact the State of Delaware Banking Commission. My contract referenced this address. I also filed a complaint with them. Since they list no physical address nor will they give me any information I am afraid they are operating in several states or even out of the US. One never knows at this point who I have been dealing with. I don't know if my bank can get back any of my money. Thank you Claire Folini

you must close your current account.you can work on getting the refund later.as long as that account is still open they can make your life miserable.stop payments don't work as they can change amounts, names on the debit,or put a paper check through.what state are you in?i just assumed illinois, but if not please provide that.
