HI,

I had a lawyers office called CNG call me to tell me that they will garnish my wages, revoke my liscence and registration under title 36 of federal something. I do not deny owing the payday loan, but they want this money by the end of November, but my situation does not allow it. I mentioned to him that i could not pay this, because my husband is not working and i have a whole lot of problems. Then he said well i am sorry i am not going to waste your time so i am going to have to go through with this title 36 law. Could they do this to me? I am worried.

Please tell us the state you are in, how much the loan was for and how much you have paid so far. is this an internet loan? He sounds like a fake lawyer using an illegal scare tactic. Federal law does not apply here either. Especially title 36 that has to do with the regulations and structuring of the Federal Park System. What a jerk!!
