last month i made a partal payment on aan Auto Loan by the end of the month the bank was calling me demanding full payment yesterday i got a letter in the mail stating that if i didnt pay in full with in 5 dayd they would take action to protect thier intrest, is this legal do i have rights

Did you contact the creditor and talk to them about sending a partial payment or did you just send it? Many auto loans are condidered in default if they are 1 day late.
