Payday Loans in Texas!!

I have 3 online payday loans in Texas.
Plain Green Loans Original Loan Amt - 1800.00 Pd To Date - 1736.00
Plain Green Loans Original Loan Amt - 2400.00 Pd To Date - 810.00
Guaranteed Cash Now Loan Amt - 400.00 Pd To Date - 480.00
Are any of these legal and if so what options do I have to reduce the $375.00 pymts every 2 weeks that goes out to them. I have had my electric cut off and had to pay an additional deposit to electric company and gotten behind on all other bills because I cant get out of this Payday mess!! Any advice is greatly appreciated.:(

I think both of the lenders are illegal in Texas. You are liable
