I have several payday loans and they are draining my paycheck each week so that I cannot pay my bills or even have enough to put gas in my car to go to work. Does anyone know where or how I can go about getting these people out of my accounts?

Who are the Payday loan lenders? If you have several of them, you may want to consider closing the account you now have and opening another one (if possible) and don't give your account number out to anyone. Usually banks are understanding are understanding about issues like these, however, some can be difficult to work with. First thing: talk to the manager of your bank

Thanks sd. My husband and I both have our paychecks directly deposited to this account. I also have some bills that automatically come out of this account each month. I don't know how much of a hassle it will be. Unfortunately also our bank is undergoing a lot of changes and the people that I was used to dealing with are no longer there. I don't even know who the new manager is.

What state are you in? Payday loans are illegal in some states.
Who are the lenders? Amounts? If they are illegal in your state, you only owe the amount you borrowed. Check this website for info on your lenders http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/state-information
If they are illegal then follow instructions under payday loans - dealing with illegal lenders.

You will need to have ACHs stopped so that they don't continue to drain your account. There's no other way.
