as far as i know florida is a non-garnishment state.you should get a wage assignment revocation letter to your HR or payroll person.it depends on the pdl,but they can't get a court ordered garnishment.it would have to be a wage assignment.those are voluntary and revocable.

it is?okay then.thought i saw it elsewhere where it wasn't.a question for the OP.who is the pdl?is it internet or storefront.either way i doubt if they got a legal garnishment they can take your whole check.there is a percentage cap for garnishments.unless it's for tax debt,or student loans.
