oh my god. who has delt with paychecktoday. i called to ask for assistance because i'm going to default on friday. i just wanted to give them a heads up and work out some type of arrangment so i can make it right. at this point my loan is still current but they transfered me around to some big burley lady in collections who told me i was unbelievable and rediculous. so when i finally got a chance to explain myself she says "you need to call me back first thing tomorow morning, its time for me to go" wtf? here i am asking for assistance trying to make things right and i am so unbelievable for borrowing money and now i cant pay a million dollars of intrest on it and am trying to set up arrangments to make it right and its time for her to clock out?

i'm sorry but i have been in collections for 3 years now (dont hate me i'm the nice guy) and have never treated or had anyone treat me the way this thing was treating me today. and just think i get to start my day off tomorow bright and early with round 2. and what good is it going to do to ask to speak to a supervisor because who ever trained this thing has got to be worse than her. sorry for the rant just had to get it off my chest.

yes they are MTE.if you paid the principle borrowed in fees you owe them nothing more.check that out before calling broadzilla again.

I am in the process of dealing with them now. I sent my ach revocation letter to them yesterday and they responded to me within an hour. Much like you bandcstoops1, I have been current with my loan and have paid waaayyyy more than the principal. If you're interested in seeing the response they sent me, I posted it in one of my messages yesterday. Not only are they illegal, they have been ordered to cease and desist operations in numerous states (including the one they're located in). It's good knowledge to be armed with when dealing with them.

In my case it only took them about a week and I am not kidding. It was lickity split!!! As soon as I got my first call from ARM of Florida I filed my complaints with the BBB and Florida AG and the calls stopped. I got a letter from ARM via the BBB saying my account is closed and I have not heard from them since. Do I feel safe? not really they could send it to another CA.

wow 1 week. they dont mess around. i read that email response sjj104. its funny how they claim to be in the right then next paragraph they agree to a settlement. if they really had the upper hand i dont think they would be offering a settlement.

one question i have with pctoday and cashadvancenetwork, from what i have read so far cease and desist letters do not work with these companies. who has succeeded in getting them to stop calling you at work and what method did you do?
