Send them via fax and/or certified mail a "cease and desist" letter and revoke any and "all" ach debits to your bank account , tell them they are not to call your references and employer, revoke any type of wage assignment and call your bank to block them - tell the bank you want to block them at the company level - that way they cannot try to take out different amounts when they try to debit your account. However, your best option is to close your bank account and never give them any bank information and do not take their calls. Tell them you will only communicate by e-mail or regular US postal service. Good luck!

Pay Co informed me that they could not leave any messages on my voice mail regarding my loan. I have not sent them a letter, however contacted them asking them to send me a copy of my loan agreement to see if I signed a wage agreement. I do not even recall ever getting any correspondence from this company. I received a call one day from them stating I was approved. Does anyone have experience dealing with this company.. Please advise

Letters won't work with Payco.

You will have to do things over the phone with them. Everything is done over the phone, there is no written contract.

File a complaint with the BBB. Then call them and speak with a supervisor. Tell them they are not licensed in your state and you will only pay what you borrowed.
