payco was not suppose to take there payment until

they were not suppose to take there payment until sept 30 and they took it on the 15 causing overdraft fees on my accoutn of 283.00 when i call they dont answer what should i do?

did that cover your loan,if it did i would close that account and open a new one at a different bank.this illegal company will keep withdrawing indefinitley if you let them.if they call tell them to pound sand.they are not located in this country so they won't do anything but call and stupidly threaten.anyway
that is what you should do.
