Please mention your state's name and amount borrowed and returned so far in your next post. We need to check if they are licensed to lend in your state or not.

Meanwhile, you can search the site to read more on PayDay Max.

since paydaymax is not located in this country, they are illegal.got to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS.that will give you everything you need to get this illegal loan out of your life.first step is to close your current account, and open a new one.

Since Paulmergel has confirmed that PaydayMax is not legal in your state, you are not obligated to pay them anything but only the principle amount that you originally took from this lender. Take legal help if needed. Most importantly, please close your existing checking account and open a new one so that these crooks do not have access to your hard earned money.

close that account, and open a new one.see your branch manager for this.they can set up a new one not linked to the old account.you must secure your money,or they will debit forever if you allow it.go to the sticky mentioned above.

i would advise you to close the account they have access to stop payments do not work when it comes to payday loans since they can go into your account for a lower amount and for more amount of times taking out more money then the inconvenience of closing the account i hope you are getting me .Just another thing stop payments cost you a minimum of $20 per transaction you stop closing your account stops all payment and you do not have to pay for closing your account.
