I can't find my original post from last week....but I have faxed a letter to paydaymax and lo and behold they have revoked my ability to access my account online. I was just curious if anyone else had that happen to them? I had already printed out everything I needed from it, though.

In my letter to gave them until the end of the day today to reply via e-mail....as they are not legal in KS and the "contract" they have us sign to get a loan is pretty well null and void since it is unenforceable. I just hope to resolve this and hopefully get my money back that I overpaid unknowlingly! I have definately learned my lesson about PDL's!

Does anyone else have experience with PaydayMax and have any idea how long/how they will reply to my fax? (other than locking me out of my account online) I am not about to call them and inquire as it asks me to do when I try and log in....I hate this waiting game....

OK so I broke down and called the number that paydaymax's website refers me to when it blocks me from accessing my account - I spoke with a gal who said they recieved my fax last week and "it is being reviewed by upper management" - she said to call back later today or tomorrow.

Anyone else gone through this????

Personally, I wouldn't bother calling them, communicating via email is probably less stressful. Since you are in a state where online lenders aren't legal, I wouldn't worry too much about any legal ramifications, I would just sit back and let them take the bait, you will hear from them eventually but trying to predict their next move is impossible. You can do a search on this site to read other members experiences though.

I agree with Shazzers. I sent them my e-mail about a week ago. I tried to log in to view my account to realize that I couldn't. In my e-mail, I had advised them to send me a response within 24 hours. I haven't received a response, but, am fairly confident they can't do anything. I revoked my ACH. Tomorrow is the day they would normally debit my account.

I'm waiting for them to contact me. Try not to stress!
