So today I got a letter from them saying that becasue I rejected the $90 payment that I know owe them $471 for legal fees. The manager has been directed to transfer my file to legal processing, a civil suit will be filed against me within five days at my local county courts. I will also be responsible for all court cost and attorney's fees and this will become a MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD!!! (sounds very urgent dosen't it???)
they advised that I need to send payment to:

I know from reading all of the post here, that this is a scare tatic....right? (lol...plz say yes!)
I do still owe on this and will be making payments - do I need to contact them, send a letter, a fax, what do I do???

If they are any type of legit company whatsoever, they will understand what you mean. Otherwise, I would tell them not to hold their breath waiting on any payments from you because you absolutely will NOT enter into ANY agreement with a company that doesn't follow the law, let alone send them any money!

Hey I used to work for them...your account is over in the legal department. I suggest that you do get into contact with them and set up a payment plan...they are good about working with you...just like all other companies they just want to make sure that they get there money...If you just ignore the emails and stuff they will send you to court and an attorney will be contacting you. Yes, they are just doing this as a scare tactic.
