has anyone dealt with this company? I have paid 1093.75 on a 575 loan


i have.they are not licensed.you should go to the fifth sticky on this forum.it will show you how to deal with illegal lenders.

you should demand that refund.they tried the same BS with me.keep demanding the refund and PIF.get your AG involved is necessary.

How did you get them to settle, I am having a hard time with them they want me to send in a money gram, I told them I would not because I live in AZ and they do not have a license here and that I have paid back my share. They are adament that I still owe. I have sent my letter with all information like explained on the site.

I contacted the Ky Attorney General and told them so. They are illegal period. I told them every payment I had made and told them I would not give another dime...I had overpaind. They didn't respond at first so I sent them the letter everyday until they did. I should have said they wont refund the overpayment but did mark the account PIF
