Okay, MTE what a joke. They basically told me that I still needed to pay the principal even though the loan was for $300.00 and I have paid $500.00 so far. I am not sure what to reply with or do i just ignore the email from them. I am not paying them another cent. They also said that their company is legitimate. Funny hugh. Well any suggestions please help.

tlm, MTE is insane. Is this just an email response from MTE to you? You have prevented them from debiting your bank account any further, correct? What you need to do is reply to thier email with your email stating they are unlicensed/illegal and you have overpaid your loan in the amount of $200 and demand a refund. Do this 400 times if necessary. Also, have you filed complaints on them with the BBB, the FTC, and your state AG? Yes, they will claim they are "legit". Everyone knows they're not (except them). They are a BIG joke. Just as long as they can no longer access your money, you're okay. Keep emailing them the same thing (I overpaid, you are illegal, I want a refund). And make sure you file complaints against them.
