remind me how much borrowed and debited by each pdl?you see these three are all highly illegal.therefore you only owe the principle borrowed.also with them being illegal they will say you owe the entire balance which unless you had no money debited from your account isn't true, and they will want your new bank information.just be prepared for that.

Paul,
The United Cash was for $300 and they have taken $90, ameriloan was for $300 and they have taken $60 and Payday-Yes was for $350 and they have taken $105. So when they contact me I was wondering what might be an acceptable payment plan.

just know this.try to work with what you can afford.since they are illegal i wouldn't put other expenses off because of them.that being said these illegals will want more than the amount borrowed and your new account#.just send them letters stating that you now know they are illegal and want to pay the principle.ask for a physical address to send money orders.do not back down from that.as to the payments say breaking each into three equal payments is what i did,but do that only if it won't be a burden.that's the bottom line.pay them but when you can.not when they say to.
