payday nightmares

i see much of the payday scams info on here, i need help.
i checked into the loans and before i knew it, money is deposited in my checking account, i couldnt cancel the loan, i got routed around on the phone, and i am not accepting this, i am not paying and affording these interest rates, this is absurd.
i need to get the money back to them, but how safely/. they can say anything and still not properly taking care of the payment, it is 500fast cash & united cash loans
i will start getting the calls this week because i have closed my checking account. they arent taking anymore monies from me, actually i have only paid one payment so far because i cant get in contact with them and i bet they will now when they find out no monies coming out to them this week.
how do i handle them now? thanks
