Ive read from the other posts and have gathered some info but I need a broader advice on this problem Im having.Well what about all the debit transactions they made from my account before I closed it?Now they want to say I owe them $1500 fro a $300 pdl loan? Also if they with drew biweekly $90 from my account for 2 months, why do I owe them now $1500?Shouldn't there be money taken of from the $300 that the original loan amount was for? All the $90 I paid? Also because of closing my bank account and this has been almost 2 years ago that I took out the pdls do the interest and other charges apply?
How do I get the pdl amount reduced to the original $300 that I took out?Why can't I just pay the difference? Please help.

PayDay Loan Yes is Illegal/Unlicensed in MA. What that means is you are morally obligated to repay what you borrowed.

If you borrowed $300 then that is all you owe. Any fees and interest paid towards the loan should be applied towards the principal balance. If you have paid more than $300 in fees then you are done paying and they owe you a refund!

They don't have your personal account information do they? Also, hopefully you haven't applied for any other payday loans in the past two years? The reason I ask this; Internet lenders (especially unlicensed lenders) share information, therefore, if you have applied for an Internet pdl since you obtained the loan with payday loan yes, you best get your new account secured, as these illegal lenders go by various names and share info.
