Please keep in mind there are some lenders in your state who operate as CSO's (Credit Service Organizations) and are not required to be licensed and do not follow the payday loan laws, unfortunately they aren't regulated but are required to register with the secretary of state.

Hi Guest, I would like to agree with Shazzers that CSO's does not require licensing as such. As you have already sent a C & D letter, you need to wait for their response.
