Payment Direct Online - Are they legal in Florida?

I got a payday loan from Payment Direct Online a few months ago. I paid them well over the $200.00 I borrowed, with the refinancing of $89 every 2 weeks. Finally, I was unable to pay them anything anymore so I closed my bank account. I haven't heard from them in 2 months. Are they legal in Florida? I would like to make sure they are "out of my life" and won't sneak up on me again later, showing up in my credit report, or try messing with my new bank account. I looked up Florida Laws regarding PDL and it seems like that company would fit into one of those that are practicing unscrupulous behavior. However, I have no mailing address for them. They are not located on the internet either. When I look up Payment Direct Online.com, it shows up as not having a public web site for their customers. What can I do to make sure these people are out of my life?

Well. I just checked and I actually only paid them $89 x 2 refinances (178.00) So, that might change things. I still owe them $22.00. What should I do about that? They have no address for them and definitely do not want to give them my new bank info or debit card info. Any suggestions ?

They seem very shady since they don't have a publicly operating website even.
