Payday loan help

I have numerous payday loans. I am closing my bank account today and contacting the pay day loans to work out a payment plan. Are there are any other steps I'm missing?


Are your lenders licensed in your state? If not, then you are required to pay back them only the principal. Don’t pay them an extra dime other than the principal. But if they are licensed, then you will be liable for both the principal and interest. In this case you may try to negotiate with them and set up a payment arrangement with them.

I had a loan through castle payday. now allied financial ca is calling me at work. ive followed the blog through the steps for multiple pdl. Another is calling and telling me I need to phone them right now. Very threatening. what do i do now?
