I have a loan with this company for $300.00, This all happened before I knew they didn't have the license in Florida state.Before, my payment was due I called them up and told me I can't make the payment. They had told me to set up a payment arrangement which I told them verbally OK for two paymetn of $100.00 each. I already have payed them the total amount of the principal of the loan which is $300.00.
They are still emailing me and telling me that i have made an agreement with them that I broke the contract online with my e-signature. Is this still legal? Please advice.
