I asked for an epp with Speedy Cash. They are legal in Mississippi where I live. They told me that I qualified for the EPP but the payment would be broken up into 2 payments. Isn't it supposed to be 4 payments? I owe 240.00 and she said it would be 120.00 each payday.

There are no set number of payments which must be complied with in an EPP. It is at the discretion of the lender. If you are having trouble coping with the payments, you can call again and ask. No harm in doing that. Did you talk to corporate or the local office?
