Need Help in Tennessee

I only have one loan, for $200. With ACHloan. I've found a lot of helpful info on these forums, and have managed to at least get to their site, but my password and ID won't work, even after I change them.
I borrowed $200. I've paid the $74 fee three times now and can't get in touch with them to pay the loan off.
I'm in a bankruptcy and haven't contacted my lawyer about it, because I have the funds to pay it off... just can't get to them to instruct them to do it.
Any help?
