Questions about EPP's in Nebraska
Date: Sun, 01/27/2013 - 08:05
I have three storefront payday loans out and I'm in Nebraska. I'm current with all three loans, but it is a vicious cycle of having to pay off and rewrite each month. I just want to be free from them.
I have poked around on here and read about EPP (extended payment plans) and want to go that route. How do I go about this? How long will I have to pay them? Do I just go into each store and talk with the manager? Can they refuse?
My next due date isn't until January 31st (I'm paid monthly) and I would like to get EPP's set up on all three before then.
Check 'n Go - $500.00
EZ Money - $500.00
Paycheck Advance - $500.00
If you have any advice or information that would help me know what to do and expect, please let me know.
Thank you.

I would recommend talking to
I would recommend talking to the store front first - they may not have the authority and you may have to go to the corp level to talk to them - You will want to talk to them prior to the payment being due -usually they set it up over 3-5 payments on your due dates..
