No verbal agreements! You'll need to keep a good paper trial if you have any hopes of possibly getting a refund.

Thanks for the replys. I've written complaints to the FTC & Attorney General's Office. I've emailed Summit a letter stating the NC laws & for them to stop debiting my account. They havent replied but still tried to debit my account 3 times. 2 for $90.00 & 1 for $30.00. I'm in the process of opening a new checking account & closing the current one. Thanks again for your help!
