Question about Legal Mediation Practices

hello my namis mike ,I live in Columbus, Ohio. Last year I managed to roll up about 14 payday loans. I am making steady progreess in paying these all back. However, two have gone to legal mediation pratices (great to work with ) the two companies are check n go. for 560 and just recently Ace Cash Express(523). 3 weeks ago I paid 280 on Check N Go. I can pay the rest this week (280) They demand and made an arrangement for me to pay the ACE in full by Thursday at 12:30 or else they would proceed. I cannot pay the full 523. What will happen to me if I just pay the Check N Go in Full then pay 150 on ACE on the same day then maybe pay the rest of ACE within the next 30 days? Will I be arrested for fraud? or anything like that? I am scared so any help would be great. Thanks!!!
