Yes they can be included, however, something you need to be aware of is this; if any of your payday lenders are illegal/unlicensed, they won't comply with the BK. Many lenders are located overseas, therefore they aren't subject to our laws. They will continue to call and harass you (if they are illegal) even though you file BK. It's unfortunate, but it's true.
