I have mailed the letters (certified mail) to my four pdl companies. I have closed my bank account. I called the department of banking and finance in my state. All 4 companies have no licence. Now what?

When they call I don't plan to talk to them. However when they call work what should my boss say to them to get them not to call (the boss) anymore?

my boss was cool throughout the process before i went back to my former job.at first he was cordial.saying don't call here again,he's not allowed calls.only in emergencies.then he started to give them the FOAD.of course he put the idiot on hold and went into his office to do that.these places don't care about the laws.if they did they wouldn't have lent in the first place.your boss can talk to them however he wants.let him know that.

yup, what paul said, mine has also said that I couldn't take calls, when they have actually gotten a hold of her. and just give me the number. Eventually they gave up.

Sometimes I'm thankful I do work in a big corp where, our number is not published only agents have access to it. If anyone wants to get ahold of me they either have have access to the special number(and be able to get through the prompts) Pressing Zero would not help, as our receptionist is pretty cool and knew what was going on and told them the same thing my boss did, if by chance they got ahold of her.

Your boss can say she no longer works here. A wage assignment is voluntary, it can be revoked if you signed one. Just draft a revocation letter and send it to your payroll dept, then fwd a copy to the PDL. I suggest your boss handle them by advising you have been terminated. Or sa t will file a police report against the company for harassing phone calls.

I've heard that they will call and ask to speak to either you or your supervisor and they may try to do a wage assignment but all you have to do is inform your payroll department that you will not allow this. A wage assignment is completely voluntary. If you don't allow it, they can't do it.

I work for the railroad overnight, and there is a main office up front. Most likely they are calling that number during the daytime but they are told that we can't accept personal calls , only emergencies. And I'm not there during the day anyway so it's pretty funny if they're calling there. My payroll department knows exactly what's going on. I've explained to them and they understand.
