I am so in the red with Bank Of America and I just can't pay all the fees for nsf with pdls that keep coming out. Put a hard hold on 2 of the pdls, was told I could make paymentsto BOA, but then at another branch they said I need to pay in full. I had to drive around the block with that response, only because I didn't have the money to pay in full. Does anyone know if they close it and send me to collections? The pdl wont stop! Or just keep putting on nsf returned ach fees?

I would contact the branch manager and ask them to remove the charges, all they can say is no and some banks will do that one time, for good customer service relations. Although, from what I have read here, B O Of A doesn't know a thing about good customer service.
