Hello All -
I have 2 payday loans...the first is for $900 and the payback amount is $1,062 and another is for $500 and the payback amount is $600. All I have been able to do is extend extend extend! that is about $262 each time I get paid. I need to know if I call them and say I cannot pay and to send me to collections would they do that? That way, for the same amount I have been paying, the debt will actually GO DOWN...I've had the same loans for a year now and I have had it!

Thanks!
Tiffany

Call the store (Loan Ex) and ask them if they are members of the CFSA, if they are, it means you are eligible for an extended payment plan, you can read about it at the link below, remember, you need to request this EPP BEFORE you default. That is very important.
