To Whom This May concern,

I had a PDL, with Hydra Financial Limited Fund II, I paid it in full with fees, I have a Final Payment Reciept with the correct account number, that I had paid to The Amway Legal Dept. (Ligit, Business, I checked) And now HYDRA FUND II are threatening me and sying that I'm going to go to prison. My bank alerted me reporting that someone was trying to access my account. After I had paid them I closed my account and placed a fraud alert on it. I also contacted everyone that I possibly could. They have called my work, and I actually recieved a write up- from work stating that there were constant calls from a company. Please help me, Please. If there is any advice that you can give me I would greatly appreciate it. They called from a company called Roger & Smith & Associates. Saying that they would take me to court, that I should enjoy my stay in prison. That I better get an attorney. So if you have any information, ANY, I would greaty appreciate the advice.

Thank You For Your Time,
REALLY CONCERNED, Student.

I had a similar situation with a company threatening me a couple of weeks ago before Christmas. I went to the company's office that they were referring to and confronted them on the phone that they were fraud and called them out on it, they back tracked everything they said and I told them go ahead and call the cops, they quit calling me I changed my number, had a fraud alert placed on my credit report and changed my password and username on all my information for getting in to my credit report. I went through quite a bit but haven't had any problems yet and I also got a new checking account as well.

Hope this helps.

Hydra Fund/ Hydra II is an illegal payday lender. They know it well and so does the CA trying to collect fraudulently.

1. The lender is illegal.
2. You cannot be jailed for failing to repay a debt, its a civil offense, not criminal.
3. Unless the collectors are extremely stupid or just plain idiots, they won't take you to court.
4. If they are stupid enough to take you to court, your defense would be that the loan is illegal and the lender is not licensed in your state.
5. Send the collectors a C&D letter and talk to the HR department at your office and inform them that you are being targeted by scammers and all such calls should be ignored.
6. If you find the physical address of the collectors, get yourself a NACA attorney and sue their pants off.
