Can payday loans be added onto a deb consolidation program?

the only place i know of is town&country acceptance.others will settle pdl's,but many won't work them in a consolidation or dmp program.

So with Town and country acceptance I can add all my PDL's onto a plan and make monthly payments until they are all paid off? If a company were to settle with them rather than work with them how does that work out?
