I can not keep this up anymore. Its a never ending cycle that has ruined my life. I am going to let all my loans default and they can sue me or whatever! I closed my account at the bank.
And I am changing all my phone numbers! I have paid and paid and paid, and it never ends.

I Called and requested EPPs and none would accept. Well of course not why in hell would they want to help people get out of the mess?

I figured my loses. I own nothing and I work for myself. They cant debit my account anymore, because I closed it. They cant garnish my wages. And they cant put a lean against any thing I own because I own nothing. If they sue they will get a judgement and that will stay on my credit for 7 years and then drop off. I will use money orders to pay all my regular bills, and not open a new checking account.

I have been paying over $2200 a month in PDL fees. I AM SO STUPID FOR EVERY GETTING IN THIS MESS!

Don't beat yourself up. We all make decisions based on the circumstances that presented themselves at the time. Part of us knows it's not the 'right' thing to do to get pdl's but the other part also knows that at the time we were desperate and felt we didn't have a choice but to get pdl's.

It's all going to work itself out in the end. Hang in there!

We are all stupid, that is how we all found this forum! You closed your account so now it isnt so easy for them to get their money. You said you are also going to default. After doing both of these they may be willing to work out arrangements with you.

What state are you in and who are the loans with?
