Is there any legall recourse one can take to deal with payday lenders who don't have a license in your home state..being oregon has a cap limit on payday lender both internet and storefront lenders are to abide with. Yed im in this payday loan trap as well , trying to shut down my account. Emerald is one of them and this guy is trying my very patients. Not only do i want them out of hair...I know there's more that can be down to regulate thei crooks. Im only sorry i didn't take time to look into the matter before I leap...family needed to eat and have shelter..then wife lost job. I want to give back to them what they do to us ....and have them put under the watchful eyes of the law.
