Payday loans letters

What state do you reside in, this will allow us to find out what your state pdl laws state. Also please list the names of the pdl's and how much in prinicipal you have borrowed and paid back. Please tell us if these are internet or store front pdl's. As soon as you provide this information we will be better to advise you on exactly what you need to say in this letter.

What ever you do do not let these places now what you are doing until after you have talked to your bank. Please read the thread titled "closing your bank account due to pdl's" before doing so so you know what to expect because unfortunately you will have to close your account if your bank will not work with you.

The bank says I need to submit request like that in writing. I need to begin this ASAP due to the next deduction will be Friday, 9/29/08. I would like to take the suggestions is to show the letters to the bank before sending them off to the pdls. I am currently in the red (negative blance) so I may have to put the account on freeze.
