Got 2 responses back from PDL"S

CMG GRoup to inform me of my payment options
if I should revoke authoriztion or close my account, my account will automatically be sent to a collections office and i will no longer be a customer of CMG Group.
if I can pay in full in 24 hours i can use a credit card or debit card.

I already paid CMG $450.00 on a $250.00 loan.

do i respond to thiis?

and also fro the Loan Shop
Saying the letter i used was a prefabricated notice that is circulating the internet
and if I want to repay the loan w/ a one time debtit of $200.00 they will waive the fees.
I responded to the loan shop and told them that I have already paid $240.00 and since they are waiving the fees I should have no more debt w/them. (i hope I did the right thing by answering them)

Also, do I start a new thread if I have more questions - I have a feeling I'll have alot more

this thread is fine.tell CMG that you are filing AG,and FTC complaints.they are a bottomfeeder that you overpaid.if they send it to a CA then send them a DV letter.as for loan shop that reply is one alot of illegal ipdl's use.talk about hypocrits.stand your ground and re-send the letters with the changes to CMG.also throw in some words not in a template in your reply to loan shop.that should get their attention.

It's your account they're talking about and they "can't discuss legal advice?" Perhaps others here can advise you better, but I personally would say it's up to you whether or not you want to call them; guaranteed they'll just give you the same old double-talk. Anyway, I'd want everything in writing.

Thanks Shazzers and everyone else, I am going to send them another email and more emails untill i get the response I want ( i can be a big pain in the bottom, just ask my fiance) besides they were paid $630.00 for only $300.00
I heard from Loanshop I paid them $180.00 for 200.00 and they told me to send them $40.00 and they will settle my debt w/ a letter paid in full.
