I have heard about P2P Lending. Is it reliable? How to search for such a lending organization. Are they better than taking out a payday loan or it's the same?

No. P2P lending and payday loan - both are not the same. P2P Lending is peer-to-peer lending, where you can take out a loan from a peer lending company. the interest rates are much less as compared to a payday loan company.
