I have a loan with MoneyLion
I have a loan with MoneyLion (also called Lion Loans) - are they illegal? I'm in SC. I wrote them with the ACH revocation form and told them I would pay back the principal only. They wrote back and said they would honor the revocation but that I still needed to pay back per the agreement. Just want to confirm they fall into the category of payday loans, meaning they are subject to the SC laws. If so, then I don't have to abide by the agreement because they exceed the limits listed in the SC law, correct?
