I live in FL and have a $500 payday loan w/them but I didn't realize that at the time the loan extension fee was $150 every pay period (bi-weekly). I've got it down to $130.50, but they are killing me I paid out about $1552.00 already. How can I get a settlement if not all payments stopped and call it way beyond PAID IN FULL?

I just closed my bank account, same thing with me, $500 loan, they have taken out $400 per month since last December, that's $3500 , Iam done, my lawyer says I have paid them by state law.
