Well sort of, lol....I have made agrangements with two of my payday loan compaines for payment plans. :)

How do I tell the other payday loan compaines I can't do any payments with them till I get done with the other two, lol!

Well I have three more. One is United Cash Loans, which I know is illegal anywhere...I paid them 315.00 (in fees) on a 350.00 loan. The other on is Loan Point USA. And after that is Cash First, which I think is a sister company of United Cash Loans..Cash First has not contacted me about my default yet, they other ones have.

Should I send letters? They are not in collections yet so will a C&D letter even do any good? Loan Point is legal....

Legally speaking, the companies don't have to follow the C&D letter, as they are the original creditor and the fdcpa doesn't apply to them. If you are trying to convince these companies that you know the laws, you don't want to send something that makes it look like you don't . . . . Just my opinion.

This is from Impact Cash/Cash First. They will mark you paid in full if you have already paid the principal as they should not loan to PA residents. It is right on their website. It will get written off.

Residents of Utah, Colorado, Georgia, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Maryland, and Puerto Rico are not eligible to apply for a cash advance on this web site.

That's what I tought b/c their(cash first) website said that PA residents aren't able to apply....so I only own them $30.00 more dollars. I paid 270.00 in fees. They have not called yet and when I log onto the site it doesn't say anything about collections.
